COVID-19 Policy
The safety of our staff, performers and patrons are of the utmost importance. Aluna Theatre will maintain Health and Safety protocols in alignment with Ontario’s public health guidelines for all performances part of the RUTAS festival.

Pay What You Can Afford:
Aluna Theatre is offering tickets to performances at three different price options $10, $20, and $40. Audiences are invited to select whichever ticket price option works best for them.
How to Book
You can book tickets online, over the phone or in person.
Online – on each show page at rutas.ca

In Person
You can book your tickets in person at the Factory Theatre or at Theatre Passe Muraille during the festival. Please check their websites for current box office hours.

Late Comers
Latecomers are permitted up to 15 after the performance start time and will be admitted to the theatre at a suitable break as determined by staff. Please see box office staff.
Refunds / Exchanges
Tickets to any performance can be exchanged or refunded prior to the start time of any performance. Patrons can exchange tickets into another performance time for the same production OR into a different production all together.
Refunds and exchanges will be made for any patron worried about COVID safety or experiencing symptoms, no questions asked.
