About the artist

El Toro is Toronto’s LatinX loverboy. This boylesque sensation blends high energy dance and over the top theatricality to make his audience jumping from laughter to gasping. Toro is a core member of Boylesque T.O. and The Gentleman’s Club as well as a collaborator/Lighting Designer with High Society Cabaret and Love Letters Cabaret. Never satisfied staying in one place he has performed all across that Americas and as far as Vienna, Austria. Notable appearances include: NYC Boylesque Festival, Vienna Boylesque Festival, Toronto Burlesque Festival, Ottawa Burlesque Festival, Hemispheric Institute Encuentro. Photos: Sly Feiticeira (jacket) & Mitchel Raphael (tarzan).

Devon Cream is a gender queer artist who dismantles gender on stage and in everyday life. Living life in the margins, the in between, they blur lines between social constructs of the masculine and feminine. You can also see them indulging your desires as Toronto’s Goddamn Godx, Babia Majora, a member of Les Femmes Fatales Women of Colour Burlesque Troupe.

Kage Wolfe is a Boylesque performer, dancer, assistant choreographer of Love Letters Cabaret as well as artistic director and head choreographer of The Gentleman’s Club an all boylesque troupe. A Boylesque performer for 6 years, he has performed at festivals all over Canada such as the Toronto Burlesque Festival, The Capital Burlesque Expo (Ottawa) & Ottawa Burlesque Festival, The Montreal Burlesque Festival and The Edmonton Burlesque Festival.  He Is the first and reigning Mr. Montreal Burlesque. The Culture King of Toronto Boylesque, Kage Wolfe.

Midnight Wolverine is Toronto’s newest midnight tease, trickster and shapeshifter. As an indigiqueer performer, they attempt to weave indigeneity into their performances, and use performance expression as a means of reclaiming and decolonizing sexuality as a two-spirit being. Nocturnal in nature, they are fierce and ready to tantalize. Watch out, they bite.

Confrontational, cryptic, and captivating: Cara de Melo is a burlesque performer that aims to enrapture and bewitch with honey-coated striptease
