Coming to factory theatre October 2 – 5
CAMINOS 2025 returns to Factory Theatre for its 6th edition! With the provocative mandate to present new works with experimental staging, CAMINOS gives the artists an opportunity to test their curiosities in front of a live audience that craves innovative ideas of what performance can be.
Through explorations in theatre, dance, interdisciplinary works, installations and much more, this year CAMINOS works ruminate on the magical spaces of “the in between”. A space where contrast, fusion, confusion, intersectionality, stillness, action, past and present propel a movement toward a new path.
Where to begin? What do we inherit? A childhood frozen in a photograph, abuse and faith, temporalities, transgressions, ghosts, and love letters are but a few of the journeys we will be witnessing this year.
We are thrilled to be presenting a diversity of works, from emerging and senior artists, each with distinctive styles and approaches to storytelling. With a commitment to exploration these artists put forth ideas and proposals that invite us to ruminate about our histories and our in-betweenness.
