Ticket Policies

Pay What You Can Afford:

Aluna Theatre is offering tickets to performances at three different price options $15, $30, and $60. Audiences are invited to select whichever ticket price option works best for them.

How to Book

To purchase tickets please click here. You will be taken to the Factory Theatre website to book your tickets.

• Click the day you would like to attend.
• Click the book tickets button and select book now.
• Key in the number of tickets you would like per ticket price and select add to cart.
• You will then be taken to your cart to either purchase the ticket(s) or you will have the option to continue shopping to buy additional tickets for additional days.

Refunds / Exchanges

Tickets to any performance can be exchanged or refunded prior to the start time of any performance. Patrons can exchange tickets into another performance time for the same production OR into a different production all together.

Refunds and exchanges will be made for any patron worried about COVID safety or experiencing symptoms, no questions asked.
